The Stanley Cup will pay a visit to Hermosa Beach Monday for a rally and parade up the strand.

The Stanley Cup and at least one Kings player will make a public appearance in Hermosa Beach on Monday as the city celebrates the Kings' first championship in franchise history, the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce announced Thursday evening.

According to a release from the chamber, the Stanley Cup will be driven down Pier Avenue past the Hermosa Beach Fire Department before arriving at a public rally at Pier Plaza starting at 11:15 a.m.

Kings center Jarret Stoll, a resident of Hermosa Beach, will be on hand to receive official congratulations from the Hermosa Beach City Council and Chamber of Commerce.
