It's that time of year. Girl Scout Cookie sales begin Jan. 13.
Girl Scouts in the L.A. area are offering the classics: Thin Mints, Caramel deLites/Samoas, Shortbreads/Trefoils, Peanut Butter Patties/Tagalongs, Peanut Butter Sandwiches/Do-si-dos, and Savannah Smiles. Cookies cost $4 per box.
Orders will begin Jan. 13 and booth sales will run Feb. 12 through March 10.
The cookie program has helped Girl Scouts practice skills such as goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics for more than 80 years.
