NWS: Clear Weather Expected on Halloween

Normal and dry conditions are expected on Hallow's Eve in Hermosa Beach, according to the National Weather Service's 14-day climate prediction.

Getting a headstart on Halloween planning, Patch scanned the National Weather Service's climate tracker Monday to find predicted weather conditions for Oct. 31.

While forecasts could change between now and Hallow's Eve, NWS predicts that trick-or-treaters will experience clear skies while trekking through town for sweets.

"Above normal temperatures" across the Western half of the nation are expected, according to NWS, as well as "a relatively dry [weather] pattern."

The chance of rain in Southern California for Halloween was recorded at 33.3 percent as of Monday.
