Bicyclists of all ages learn riding skills and safety tips during this third annual bike safety event in Valley Park on Saturday.
Bicyclists at Valley Park on Saturday learned bike safety, riding tips and participated in games at the third annual ." Participants, most of them young, practiced using hand signals and reading traffic signs. Hermosa Beach police officers, Hermosa Beach Public Works Commissioner Kim MacMullan, and Patch columnist , who serves on the board of directors for the South Bay Bicycle Coalition, attended the event.
