Hermosa Beach Rotary Club Meeting

The will hold its weekly meeting Tuesday from noon until 1:30 p.m. at 2521 Valley Drive in Hermosa Beach.

Treasurer Travers Devine will report on the progress of two international charitable projects the club is involved with during the meeting.

USAV High Performance Volleyball Tournament

Running Wednesday through Sunday, the High Performance Volleyball tournament will feature elite beach volleyball athletes 12-25 years old.

To be selected to play in the tournament, as well as other national and international events, athletes had to pass four-hour tryout sessions earlier in the year.

The event will be held near the Hermosa Beach Pier.

Young Dubliners Perform at Saint Rocke

Celtic and American rockers the Young Dubliners will play at the Thursday at 9:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for the 21 and up show.

Hermosa Beach Farmers Market

The weekly will be held at Valley Drive and Eleventh Street starting at noon. Find fresh produce from certified farmers who produce all products at local farms.

Jose Cuervo Pro Beach Volleyball Series

One of the biggest beach volleyball events of the year, the Jose Cuervo Beach Volleyball Series makes a stop in Hermosa Beach for the Hermosa Beach Open Friday through Sunday.

According to organizers, the tournament series is one of the highest-paying and most well attended beach volleyball tours in the country with a prize purse of $100,000 for the Hermosa event.

E.T. Surfboards Grand Re-Opening & 40th Anniversary Party

Celebrating 40 years in Hermosa Beach, will host a party Saturday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. The party will feature raffle giveaways, live music and autograph signings.
