A sneak peek of the episode, which features the show's main character walking through Hermosa, is available to watch on Hulu.
Bunheads location manager Tano Tropia told Patch in June that his team picked Hermosa Beach as a filming location because it closely matched the fictitious town of Paradise, Calif. portrayed on the show.
While other locations, such as Manhattan Beach, were considered for filming, Tropio said that show creator Amy Sherman-Palladino thought Hermosa most closely matched her vision for the show.
"This was the look that she really liked of the nine cities... It is just a real place," said Tropia.
Monday's Bunheads episode, titled "Movie Truck," will air locally on ABC Family at 9 p.m.
