Hot’s Kitchen was founded in 2010 by childhood friends Sean Chaney and Michael Lindenlaub. After nearly fifteen years in the restaurant business and two successful ventures, Hot’s Cantina (Northridge) and Four Daughters (Manhattan Beach), the duo saw an opportunity to bring a unique community-focused dining experience with a killer menu to the South Bay.

Chaney and Lindenlaub, both Southern California natives, were committed to building a restaurant that was green and sustainable. Lindenlaub designed the restaurant using reclaimed wood, original flooring and additional windows for natural light and to reduce the use of energy. The restaurant uses energy efficient appliances, recyclable paper products and environmentally friendly cleaning agents. Chaney developed a menu with natural and hormone free meat and produce.

Wanting to focus all of his energy on one restaurant in the South Bay, Chaney said farewell to Four Daughters and brought the extraordinary dishes he created with him to Hot’s Kitchen. Chaney’s menu of classic food with a twist, and a carefully chosen beer selection promises to please guests of all ages. Chaney and Lindenlaub still own and operates Hot’s Cantina.

Hot’s Kitchen lives its commitment to the community through it’s partnership with the Surfrider Foundation South Bay Chapter, and support of local charities such as Walk with Sally and Manhattan Beach Education Fund.Chaney and Lindenlaub are dedicated to bringing the South Bay an un-paralleled dining experience by serving great tasting food in a community-focused environment.
