Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is continuing its Summer Lovin’ Steak & Sangria celebration with its latest Prix Fixe dinner, featuring the classic New York Strip with a sweet and spicy rub. This portion of the restaurant’s series, offered July 30 through August 12, will be paired with its signature South Seas Sangria, which features an inspired selection and mix of fresh, seasonal ingredients and internationally inspired fruit flavors.
The new summer menu features a Butter Lettuce & Pear Salad, whose goat cheese, candied walnuts, onions and lemon vinaigrette complement the experience of our Southern California summers. The specialty sweet and spicy prime New York Strip, accentuated with a topping of savory tomato and roasted red pepper butter and chopped marcona almonds, is served with a side of summer zucchini slaw. As part of the menu, guests will also enjoy the Fresh Peach Cobbler, a brown sugar oat streusel, topped with vanilla ice cream. Every Summer Lovin’ Steak & Sangria menu is available for the summer special price of $39.95*. The menu’s suggested hand-crafted South Seas Sangria pairing is available for just $7.95*. Guests visiting the bar or patio, will also have an opportunity to enjoy the refreshing sangria series.

- Beefsteak Tomato & Mozzarella Salad with arugula and a red onion balsamic vinaigrette
- Prime New York Strip topped with crispy gorgonzola and served with grilled asparagus, pickled fennel and baby golden beets
- Lemon-Poppy Seed Butter Cookies with vanilla ice cream and a warm apple-ginger sauce
- Optional Pairing: Sailors Sunset Sangria - Red Diamond Merlot, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and Peach Schnapps, with fresh peaches, oranges and lemons
