Fresh & Easy to Open Wednesday

The grocery store will open on PCH.

Aisles are stocked and doors set to open at Fresh & Easy, as the new grocery store joins businesses along PCH in Hermosa Beach on Wednesday.

The shop was built as a Fresh & Easy "express store," which is a smaller version of other Fresh & Easy grocery stores, according to the company.

When Hermosa Beach Patch that the store proposed opening a PCH location, readers wrote comments of support:

  • "Fresh and Easy is a wonderful store with healthy, convenient foods at reasonable prices." — wrote Franci Agajanian
  • "They have good prices, and lots of options for healthy single or two-person pre-prepared meals, which is ideal for typical residents of Hermosa. There are many homes nearby, including my own, so many people could walk to this location. I currently shop at the Manhattan Beach location and that location isn't walkable at all as there are no homes nearby." — wrote Joe

Fresh & Easy opened a store in neighboring Manhattan Beach in 2008.

Freedom is based on a sure identity, that I know who I am, but more importantly WHOSE I am. WhenRead More the LORD sent Moses to deliver His people, that was the beginning of their liberty. They were a particular people to the LORD, whose name is better understand as "He who was, is, and always will be." Not a god made of stone or wood, but the One who made, makes, and evermore makes and gives to us: the LORD took Israel by the hand and led them from bondage to slavery. Not who you are, but whose you are, makes all the difference between bondage and liberty: "For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father." (Romans 8: 15) Have you been adopted yet? "
