Palmilla Cocina's "Mexican Hot Chocolate Martini"

Downtown Hermosa Beach's new opened in November with its own tequila-based signature cocktails. One specialty is the Mexican Hot Chocolate Martini, made with a Cazadores Reposado tequila, disaronno originale and crème de caco chilled, and served in a chilled glass.

Shade Hotel's "Zinc Pink"

The Zinc lounge at in neighboring Manhattan Beach offers a list of signature drinks, including the sophisticated and sparkling Zinc Pink, which is a Chandon Brut Classic bubbly wine with guava nectar.

Old Tony's "Fire Chief"

Redondo Beach's was named one of the country's best beach bars by Travel and Leisure magazine in June. What makes the venue stand out? Its signature drink—the Fire Chief—which is a Mai Tai containing light rum, dark rum, 151 rum, fruit juices and a splash of grenadine.

The Admiral Risty's "Original Martini"

The romantic in nearby Rancho Palos Verdes offers its own original martini, a mix of Bombay Sapphire, Dry Vermouth garnished with Olive Or Lemon Twist.
