A magnitude-3.3 earthquake struck about 12 miles south of Rancho Palos Verdes in the San Pedro Channel at 2:31 a.m. Saturday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It follows a magnitude-4.0 quake that struck on Wednesday roughly six miles away.
Eighteen people in eight ZIP codes reported feeling the Saturday morning quake, according to the USGS Community Internet Intensity Map, the majority in Rancho Palos Verdes, San Pedro and Long Beach.
No damage or injuries have been reported, according to City News Service.
