Tat or Not Too?

The city continued to wait for an appeals court ruling on whether tattoo artists should be permitted to open shops in town. Johnny Anderson, who grew up in Hermosa Beach and would like to move his business here from Gardena, sued the city when it rejected his permit. He argued that tattooing is an art form and should be protected under the 1st Amendment.

Green Bottle

EcoUsables may be the ultimate water bottles. They come with a built-in water filter and they're  made of stainless steel, BPA-free and 100 percent recyclable. The South Bay manufacturer hopes that customers will reduce their carbon footprint by replacing plastic water bottles with their products.
