Find Gas Near Hermosa for Under $4 a Gallon

Monday marks the 26th consecutive day gas prices have fallen and a few gas stations near Hermosa Beach now sell gas for less than $4 a gallon.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline fell in Los Angeles County today for the 26th consecutive day, dropping 1 cent to $4.118, one day after falling 1.4 cents.

The average price has dropped 29.3 cents over the past 26 days.

It is 11.2 cents less than one week ago and 15.8 cents lower than one month ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. However, the average price is 15.1 cents higher than one year ago.

The decreasing pump prices are the result of a "substantial drop" in wholesale gasoline prices, according to Jeffrey Spring of the Automobile Club
of Southern California.

"Drivers should absolutely be aggressively shopping around for the best gas prices close to their normal commutes right now, because even though all local average prices are well above $4 a gallon, almost every area in Southern California has gas stations with prices of $3.99 or less,” said Spring.

For Hermosa Beach residents, driving a few miles out of town may be worth the trip. Multiple gas stations in surrounding cities are selling regular gasoline for less than $4 a gallon, as reported on GasBuddy.com:

Costco | 14501 Hindry Ave | Hawthorne
Regular: $3.87
Premium: $4.06

76 | 5404 W 190th Street | Torrance
Regular: $3.97
Premium: $4.19

USA Gasoline | 4925 Torrance Blvd | Torrance
Regular: $3.99
Premium: $4.19

Freedom is based on a sure identity, that I know who I am, but more importantly WHOSE I am. WhenRead More the LORD sent Moses to deliver His people, that was the beginning of their liberty. They were a particular people to the LORD, whose name is better understand as "He who was, is, and always will be." Not a god made of stone or wood, but the One who made, makes, and evermore makes and gives to us: the LORD took Israel by the hand and led them from bondage to slavery. Not who you are, but whose you are, makes all the difference between bondage and liberty: "For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father." (Romans 8: 15) Have you been adopted yet? "
