One employer and 12 restaurants in Hermosa Beach are Designated Blue Zones Project Organizations, according to the Blue Zones website.
Restaurants and employers must meet certain requirements to receive the designation, all of which is designed to create healthier communities.

My favorite of the designated eateries is Sabra Beirut Mix but I've not eaten at any of the others save for two. Which ones do you like?
