With a daring dream to succeed and the determination to forge ahead in a dicey economy, entrepreneur Michael Radke bought Maui Rose restaurant two years ago. Since then he's been serving some of the best Hawaiian barbecue and Asian fusion cuisine this side of the 405 Freeway.
Even though Maui Rose features delicious food and a great location, times are tough.
Yet Radke remains optimistic. He recently got engaged, and he and his fiancee are expecting a baby.
