Molly's Skin Care to Become Skin Savve

After 11 years in business, Molly Walsh of Molly's Skin Care Boutique is retiring, and the shop on Hermosa Ave, currently undergoing renovation, will re-open as Skin Savve Medical Spa, according to a spokesperson. Jennifer Salerno of Skin Savve in Hermosa Beach will be the new owner of Molly's.

Salerno, a registered nurse for 19 years, has been providing "the most up-to-date medical aesthetic services available in the South Bay," according to a press release. She also has become known as the woman who can "shave the years off, with great subtlety."

Salerno will honor all previously purchased Molly's packages and gift certificates, according to the spokesperson. Treatments developed by Molly will remain on the menu, and additional services will be added.

“I must say that it has been such a wonderful experience getting to know the people of the South Bay," said Walsh. "I couldn’t have picked a better place to open my doors for the first time. I so much enjoyed helping people with their skin, make-up, organic spray tanning and sculpting the perfect brow! Thank you all for the years of support. I leave Molly’s in Jennifer’s confident care and know you will be well taken care of."

"We are very excited to welcome Molly's Skin Care Boutique’s clients into our care," said Salerno. "We will continue to provide the high level of skin care that you have all become accustomed to at Molly's."

Walsh can be contacted via Facebook.
