A video of the DUI checkpoint Hermosa Beach police conducted on May 25th and 26th shows a geyser of water spurting into the air, caused by a driver arrested for DUI, according to police.
The video also shows Manhattan Beach Police Officer Bryan Klatt and other officers testing drivers suspected of possible DUI. One of the individuals tested is handcuffed and led into a police van.
