Redondo Beach officials Monday its relationship with Civic Light Opera of South Bay Cities. But here in Hermosa, the theatrical production company said that it plans to continue to produce plays at the Hermosa Beach Playhouse and shows will continue as scheduled.

A bill that would require pets adopted from a shelter or lost and later reunited with their families to be micrcochipped was . State Sen. Ted Lieu created the measure, which was passed by the state Assembly.

A bill that would ban teens under 18 from using indoor tanning beds for approval this week. The state Senate approved the measure, which was authored by Sen. Ted Lieu.
