- Hermosa Beach Schools: Closed.
- Post office: Closed (no mail delivery either).
- Hermosa Beach City Hall: Closed.
- Hermosa Beach Library: Closed.
- Trash Collection: Normal Times/Days.
- Street Sweeping: No Street Sweeping.
- Metro: Regular Schedule.
- Retail stores: Open.
- Supermarkets: Open (some with sales).
- Convenience stores: Open.
- Bars and restaurants: Open.
- Stock market: Closed.
