Sierra Club Meeting: LA River Revitalization.

Carol Armstrong, project manager of the LA River revitalization effort, will share slides and discuss the City of Los Angeles' plan for the LA River, which envisions an extensive network of parks, trails, wildlife habitat, recreation and community amenities along the River’s 64 miles. Join us—everyone is welcome!


The meeting will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 7 to 9 PM in the Community Room of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Library, 701 Silver Spur Rd, Rolling Hills Estates (entrance also on Deep Valley Drive). Refreshments will be served. For more information call Joyce White 310-383-5247.
