The Scottish Fiddlers of Los Angeles return to Hermosa Beach March 8 for their 33nd Annual Spring Concert. A fiery program of marches, strathspeys, reels and jigs in the rousing Scottish tradition will be performed by the 30 member orchestra featuring fiddles, cellos, basses, guitars, clarinets, drums, piano, bagpipe, dancers, and Gaelic song. The Fiddlers are excited to be joined this year by renowned Scottish fiddle master Calum MacKinnon. Also joining the Fiddlers are Mari Black, national Scottish fiddle champion and multistyle violinist and in a return performance, acclaimed singer Christina Tappan. Come join the Scottish Fiddlers for what is certain to be an entertaining hand-clapping, toe-tapping evening.
