Crown Jewel Club, a nonprofit empowering at-risk girls with etiquette and social skills, will hold its annual "Jewels & Jesters" fundraiser at The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach.
The soiree will be hosted by Emmy award-winning KTLA journalist Wendy Burch, and will include silent and live auctions, comedic performances and dinner.
"This annual event has become integral to Crown Jewel Club’s ability to continue helping young ladies, and we hope that our neighboring communities will join us on February 17 to show their support," said Jane Phillips, founder of Crown Jewel Club, in a statement. "Since our formation in 2005, we have seen close to 500 young women graduate from our core program. This success is possible because of our generous donors and program supporters."
