The Hermosa Beach Kiwanis Club Christmas Tree Lot, located at the corner of Pier Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway, opens Friday, November 29th for the 26th straight year.  Business hours are Mondaythrough Sunday from 10AM to 9PM.

Visitors to the lot choose from more than 2000 premium trees and have fun chatting with the warm, friendly Kiwanians as they stroll among the splendid Noble and Douglas firs, fragrant Rosemary and healthy live trees, colorful wreaths, garlands, mistletoe and door swags, listening to Christmas carols and enjoying the festive holiday spirit.

“To ensure special holiday tidings, we even have the trees blessed by a Reverend from St. Cross Episcopal Church,” explained Paul Amarillas who co-manages the lot along with his wife, Yvonne.

“We are a one stop tree lot.  We carry Christmas tree lights, wreath hangers, and many other tree accessories. We even offer gift certificates,” added Yvonne.

“It’s like going to a Christmas party, we sell fun and atmosphere.  A lot of our customers have such a great time they come back with their cameras year after year,” exclaimed Paul.
