MY AERIAL ARTS LIFE

There are many fun ways to become flexible, but my favorite way is to do Aerial Arts.  yYu can do many interesting tricks on trapeze, hoop, and silks. Some of my favorite moves are sleeping beauty on the trapeze, Airplane which is in double foot lock on the silks,and maple into moon sit on the silks. You develop balance, strength, and imagination. This sport is a great way  to exercise your mind and your body.
