Elementary and Middle School By: Jaclyn Kingsley

A 6th grade student at Hermosa Valley

There are many differences between elementary school and middle school.

In elementary school you have one teacher and you are in the same class with the same kids and teacher all day.  In middle school you have six classes and switch every 55 minutes to different subjects. They are different because they start and end at different times. They are also different because middle school kids have more classes and more than one teacher.

Elementary and middle school are similar because you learn about the same subjects.  They are also alike because you have about 30 kids in each class.  Another similarity is that both middle and elementary school kids do “Young At Art.”
