iPads Arrive at Hermosa Valley School

Gabby Baker and Bella Griffin, Hermosa Valley School students, reports on how Hermosa Valley Teachers have new technology.

Editor’s Note: Hermosa Valley School’s sixth grade journalism class is using the Patch blog to post some of their work under the guidance of teacher Christine Duclos.

Teachers at Hermosa Valley Middle School in October got brand new iPads.

The teachers use them by logging their class attendance and lunch count.

The iPads allow teachers to go on Power School to score their students’ grades. Teachers also look to see any up coming meetings.

Getting these iPads improved the teachers’ classes and periods and is much better and efficient.
