The Monterey Bay Aquarium is also a place for inventions and discoveries. They figured out how to grow seaweed (kelp) by pumping water in and out to circulate nutrients to the seaweed.

Another cool thing is that you can spend the night there. You come at 7:30 p.m. and the lights are out at 11 p.m.

In that time you go on a tour, get a snack, watch a movie and of course set up your sleeping spot. In the morning you come to the café and go to the buffet that’s there. Then finally a few hours later, you leave.
