PCH-Pier Avenue Crash Slows Traffic

An accident at the intersection of PCH and Pier Avenue causes a morning traffic jam.

Some morning commuters were caught in traffic along PCH on Monday due to an accident at the intersection of Pier Avenue.

Hermosa Beach police closed off lanes around 9 a.m., affecting both north and southbound traffic. At the time this article was published, officers were still investigating the incident.
