School break-in
A burglar broke into on Prospect Avenue on Monday around 1:30 a.m. and stole property, according to Hermosa Beach police reports. The suspect is unknown and the value of the items stolen was not reported.

Home burglarized
A home on the 2400 block of Park Avenue was broken into Tuesday afternoon, according to Hermosa Beach police reports. The resident of the home told police that he left around 8:30 a.m. and when he returned around 5:40 p.m. he found that the home had been burglarized. Police reported that the suspected burglar entered the house through an unlocked bedroom window that faces the backyard.
