Prosecutors Consider Charges in Corey Bohan Arrest
The BMX rider is arrested in Hermosa Beach last week on suspicion of being drunk in public.
Prosecutors on Wednesday considered whether to bring possible misdemeanor charges against BMX rider Corey Bohan, who was arrested early May 13 in Hermosa Beach on suspicion of public intoxication.
Bohan, a BMX dirt bike athlete who has competed in X Games, is also known for his relationship with reality TV star Audrina Patridge.
Hermosa Beach police arrested Bohan, 29, around 1:20 a.m. and he was released a few hours later on $500 bail, according to police.

Officers were notified of a disturbance at a residence and when they arrived on scene, they reportedly saw Bohan in a physical altercation with others. He was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication, police said.
