Independence Day Closings

City government offices, banks and local services will be closed Monday for the holiday.

In observance of the Fourth of July holiday, federal agencies, courts, major banks and post offices will be closed Monday.

Here are more holiday closures to be mindful of in Hermosa Beach:

There will be no street sweeping and no residential trash pickup.

City Hall and the will be closed, as well as local schools.

With the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day, all parking meters are still enforced in Hermosa Beach on national holidays.

Beach Cities Transit will operate on its Saturday service schedule.
