Memorial Day Closings on Monday
City government offices, banks and local services will be closed for the federal holiday.
In observance of Memorial Day, all federal, state and municipal offices will be closed on Monday. The American stock market will be closed, but most foreign markets will be open.
Here are more closures to be mindful of in Hermosa Beach:

Post offices will be closed, including all retail services and regular mail delivery, but Express Mail, special deliveries and perishable items will be delivered.

There will be no trash pickup and no street sweeping. But—with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day—all parking meters are still enforced in Hermosa Beach on national holidays.
Beach Cities Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule.
