Local author turns to crowdfunding to release angelic artwork collection

On 11-11-2011 Robyne Arrow was compelled to go outdoors and take photos of the night sky. It wasn't until the photos were viewed days later that an angel or a Cherub was seen in the photos

On the night of 11-11-2011 Robyne Arrow felt compelled to go outside and take photos of the night sky.  What happened on that night is something that still moves her today.

The sky was cloudy, but I took photos anyway,” Arrow explained. “It was only after I looked at the photos days later that I realized I captured something special and miraculous - the image of an angel, a cherub, to be more accurate,” Arrow continued.

Because of this miraculous experience, Arrow is enlisting the aid of Indiegogo and the crowdfunding community to raise funds so she  may hire various talented and beloved artists from around the world to assist her in bringing these photos to life for a special collection of angelic artwork.  The completion of this art work will be the final touches to the "Angel Experience" Healing Art Journal. A healing art journal that will bring these messages to the world and aid those on their spiritual journey.

Indiegogo is a crowdfunding platform where people solicit help from other people for any number of projects, inventions and other ideas.  Those who wish to help a particular project contribute any amount of money they choose, and may receive rewards or perks for their contribution.

In honor of that spectacular event on the night of 11-11-2011, Arrow is unleashing her campaign exactly one year to the day.  On 11/11/12, Arrow launched The Angel Experience: Healing Art Journal and is seeking approximately $9900.00 for commissioned artwork of eleven sketches and 121 pieces of supportive themed doodle art work. If enough funds are raised she will then apply any additional funds towards having eleven, 22" by 24" sized canvas paintings created allowing her to share the message with the world through art exhibits across the United States.

“I would very much like to share what has been shared with me and feel that many who are on their spiritual path will benefit from the healing properties of this collection,” Arrow continued.

Having experience in crowd funding with Indiegogo including a current project with a Las Vegas political author, $9,900 is a monumental stretch. Most Indiegogo projects list at under $4,000.

Hi Scott and thanks for your response. Yes, the $9900 is a monumental stretch. The artwork isn't cheap and I consulted with a few experts in the crowdfunding field who said the campaign should be successful with that goal. I am still learning. The good thing about campaigns as such are that various other people have reached out to me with other wonderful opportunities including that of artists who are willing to make up the difference what the campaign can't fund. Have meetings tomorrow so will learn more. I seriously want to avoid providing less than what the Healing art journal was meant to be. Congrats on your campaign. If you'd want to send me a message and share the link with me I can send out to my social networking group. All in all thanks for your response and happy holidays.
