Old 97's at Saint Rocke

The Old 97’s will be playing Saint Rocke July 7th. Come on over with family and friends and listen to some good old-fashioned alternative country-rock. It’s a guaranteed good time and a perfect setting for recovering from a wicked 4th of July celebration.

The Old 97’s formed in Dallas, Texas in 1993 by frontman Rhett Miller and bassist Murray Hammond.  Since releasing their first album, “Hitchhike to Rhome” in 1994, the Old 97’s have released eight albums along with numerous singles and EP’s. Their most recent album, “The Grand Theatre Volume 2” has gone away from the country aspect of their style and leans heavier in the ‘pop/rock’ genre…very good album with a great vibe and a solid sound.

Don’t forget to come to Saint Rocke on July 7th. Good tunes, good food, good company, and AMERICA! You can’t go wrong.
