This 9-month program for adults who live, work or play in Hermosa Beach is presented by a variety of City leaders and officials and provides education about the governmental, economic, environmental and civic systems of Hermosa Beach.
Classes are one evening per month from Sept 2012 to June 2013, and participants complete a project of their choice that provides a tangible benefit to the City.
