Holiday Tennis Camp

Adam Burt’s Holiday Camp – 2011

When – December 19-22 from 2pm – 5pm

Where – The Hermosa Beach Community Center

How much is it - $100 per child for the 4 days or $30 per day

Who – The camp is open to all levels of kids ages 6-16

Schedule:

2-2:30pm Welcome and warm-up

2:30-4pm Tennis Instruction

4 - 5pm Competition and Games 

On Thursday afternoon we will have the Camp Championships which includes a mini-tournament.

Youth Sign-up Sheet 

Please read these policies before signing. 

1. No refunds will be given after a camp begins.
2. The slip at the bottom of this sheet must be returned to participate in a class.
3. No make-ups will be given without 24 hours notice and Adam’s approval.
4. Rain policy: if it is raining, drizzling, or you think it is going to rain please call Adam at (310) 489-5584 to check the lesson status, I rarely let a little drizzle stop a class.
5. If a class is cancelled, you can make it up at the makeup time listed on the schedule. 
6. Students must wear shorts, sweats or a skirt with large pockets to tennis class.

I, the parent or guardian, do hereby agree to allow the individual(s) named herein to participate in Adam Burt’s tennis classes and further agree to hold harmless Adam Burt and the City of Hermosa Beach for any accidents, personal injury or property damage which may be suffered by the aforementioned individual(s) arising out of, or in any way connected with, the participation in the tennis classes.
