NBA Stars Play Ball at Mira Costa

The professional basketball players are donating time, talent to raise money for the high school's athletic programs by playing in an on-campus tournament.

The action inside Mira Costa High School's Fisher Gym on Friday night was professional, but that also meant the 6 p.m. start time was delayed about an hour.

But that's what happens when you're dealing with about 25 NBA athletes who are donating their time to raise funds for the school's athletic programs by playing in a three-day, four-team exhibition tournament.

FGames were held Saturday afternoon and continue Sunday at 3 and 5 p.m.
