Disneyland Raises Admission Prices

A one-day pass at Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure Park for visitors 10 and older is now 9% more.

Long Beach residents and others who plan to head to Disneyland or Disney's California Adventure Park for Memorial Day or summer vacation will now pay $87 for a one-day pass.

The $7 rate increase for anyone older than 10, which represents a 9 percent raise, went into effect Sunday.

The cost of the Premium annual pass rose 30 percent, from $499 to $649. The Premium annual pass, which includes parking, is one of four types of annual passes that Disney offers.

Over the past decade, basic admission has risen by $2 to $7 annually, The Orange County Register reported.
