"I am not afraid of storms for I am learning how to sail my ship." -Louisa May Alcott
The work that we do in therapy, on behalf of ourselves, has a tremendous effect on how we meet the world and begin to improve our relationships. Once we can accept who we are and own the things we have done, we can gain motivation. From there we set goals to work toward. By doing this, and living authentically, we begin to heal... We begin to enjoy life... We are available to give and receive love...We have become our "true-selves."
We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
