Lose Weight

Recently on Face book I sighed over margarine lobby and over hapless video project about choosing fats. To my commentary on the video expressed MD. Peter Laverne, PhD.D. great

It is easy to say, harder to do. People who have managed to significantly lose weight have one thing in common bucked the trend and went my way.

Eventually became an inspiration for others. Go by example, but they do not try to impose your eating and fitness habits. When they are ready for a change, will be the first who to turn to ask for advice. Be open and keep understanding. Remember that you were once the same.

Stay positive and be yourself
Filter out from the negative reviews and reports. Remember why you decided to change your lifestyle. I still remind it. Everything fits into each other gradually and eventually reaches the goal.

Margarines and omega-6 probably hurting your health

 At least according to this article Scepter? Coincidence! I respect the opinion of Mr. Laverty, but I disagree with him and I will not follow them. With his recommendation Omega 3: Omega 6 1:5 in favor of Omega-6 disagrees and that's nothing to say.

Madness to the phobia of natural saturated fats (such as butter) is the world's already really long. In recent years it has been done on this subject and many studies failed to demonstrate any that eating butter is unhealthy
