A Good Samaritan rescued him after he was found running down a busy street in Huntington Park. The puppy is now ready for a new home.

He's good with other dogs, cats and children; however, because he is deaf, his ideal owners would be ones with lots of patience who are willing to take the time to learn to communicate with him.

Echo is neutered and current on his vaccines.
