Smokey's foster parent Jami Dunn said that he is doing well in his foster home, but he would be "much happier in a forever home where he can be spoiled with love."

Smokey is spunky, Jami said. In the morning, he's full of energy, but come afternoon, he's ready to lounge around with his friends.
Smokey is house-trained and up-to-date on his routine shots.
