Friends of the Parks

<p>Hermosa Beach Friends of the Parks is headquartered in the Hermosa Beach Community Center, which is located on Pier Avenue, just west of Pacific Coast Highway. Friends of the Parks is a nonprofit which focuses on fund-raising and recreational improvements for local parks. It also does work to promote city parks. Its meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month in the Community Center. Call or check online for detailed membership and park information.</p> <p> </p>
