The Hermosa School of Dance and Music offers a wide variety of classes and private lessons in both dance and music.…More Though the majority of classes taught at the school are for children, as young as 18- months in some cases, instruction is also available for teens and adults. Music classes in piano/keyboard, violin, guitar, bass, and drums are offered, as are voice lessons, and courses in songwriting. The goal…More of this ad hoc task force is to propose a "Climate Action Plan", within 18 months to the Hermosa Beach City Council.</p> <p>According to the group's Web site, its mission is to advise the City Council on the following: "waste reduction, re-use and recycling; sustainable private and public transportation; water use reduction and storm water management; green building including energy and related matters."</p> <p>The group meets in the City Council Chambers. Task force agendas are posted five days in advance.
