The Hermosa Beach Public Works Commission reviews and assigns recommendations on all capital improvement (city…More infrastructure) projects for the Hermosa Beach City Council. The five-member board also assists in updating design guidelines for public improvements and other matters assigned by the City Council.</p> <p>Members must be qualified electors of the city and will serve four-year terms.
