Birthday: May 13 Bio: For all but five years of my life, I have called Foxborough, Massachusetts my home. Despite moving away to Florida in 1996, my family returned to Foxborough at the end of 2001 where I have lived since. A graduate of Foxborough High School, I attended nearby Wheaton College where I majored in political science and history. After spending 2009 and 2010 working on political campaigns around Massachusetts and Rhode Island, I began writing for a local sports blog called Noontime Sports run by Patch correspondent Matt Noonan. Soon that led to my first jobs as a freelancer for the Foxborough Patch in February 2011. In October 2011, I became a regular freelancer for the Wrentham and the Norton Patch. I have written on everything from the Foxborough casino issue to high school sports to school committee meetings. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports and catching up with my friends, going running, and reading comics.   Your beliefs At Patch, we promise always to report the facts as objectively as possible and otherwise adhere to the principles of good journalism. However, we also acknowledge that true impartiality is impossible because human beings have beliefs. So in the spirit of simple honesty, our policy is to encourage our editors to reveal their beliefs to the extent they feel comfortable. This disclosure is not a license for you to inject your beliefs into stories or to dictate coverage according to them. In fact, the intent is the opposite: we hope that the knowledge that your beliefs are on the record will cause you to be ever mindful to write, report and edit in a fair, balanced way. And if you ever see evidence that we failed in this mission, please let us know.   Politics I am a registered Democrat. With that being said, it would be foolish of me to dismiss other ideas or point of views that someone else may believe in.  Despite my personal biases, I prefer to set them aside in the name of writing a fair story and understanding multiple perspectives of an issue.   Religion While I was born and raised Jewish, I can’t say that I’ve been to temple lately. I have found that personal faith is simply that. As long as one’s faith does not infringe on the faith or legal activities of others, then I have no problem with the idea of faith,
