Philip Salim Zymet, Neighbor

Salim Zymet is a recent UCLA graduate with a major in political science and a minor in civic engagement. He has lived in Torrance his entire life and has loved politics since the 2000 presidential election between Al Gore and George Bush. He wrote dozens of columns for The Daily Bruin, but wishes he had written more about politics. While he's done with school, he hopes to continue learning throughout his life.
